Dear Members of ARW,

My name is Adella Solano, and I am honored to have recently assumed the role of ARW President in January. Having been a member of ARW since 2019, I am deeply committed to our organization's values and mission. In 2023, I had the privilege of serving as the treasurer, which provided me with valuable insights into the inner workings of our club.

​

I am aware that ARW has undergone significant changes recently. While change can be daunting, it also presents us with opportunities for growth and improvement. My goal as President is to harness this potential and bring about positive transformations within our club.

​

As we embark on this journey together, I am mindful of the pivotal year ahead for the Republican Party. It is crucial that ARW remains active and engaged, contributing meaningfully to our shared political landscape.

Allow me to share a bit about myself. My family and I relocated to Las Vegas in 2002 when my husband accepted a position with LVMPD. Over the years, we have come to love this city and consider it our home. Personally, I have served as the events coordinator for LVPPA for the past 8 years, where I have gained invaluable experience in organizing and facilitating community engagement.

With a deep-rooted passion for our city and a desire to be actively involved in its development, I am committed to revitalizing our club and making it vibrant once again. To kickstart this process, I believe it is imperative to relocate our meetings to a more accessible location in the NW part of town. Change is often necessary for progress, and I believe that moving our meetings will be a positive step forward for ARW.
